I provide run / walk coaching plans, meeting you where you are to meet your fitness goals. 

 

Clients may choose to form or join:

  • Quads (4 people)

  • Duo (2 people)

  • Single (1 on 1)

 

I incorporate prayer for support and transformation life coaching to help overcome obstacles or barriers to moving forward.

Clients have the opportunity to join:

  • Weekly virtual prayer calls

  • Weekly walk/run meet ups (if local to Atlanta)

  • Virtual educational sessions

Personalized

After a free, initial consultation to learn your ‘why’ and how much time you can commit, I provide a customized, progressive plan building toward a goal date or event.

 

Depending on your package, you receive the plan in increments of two weeks allowing for feedback and modification as needed.
