Running on the rooftop of her childhood home is one of Ms. Sherwood's earliest childhood memories growing up in Montego Bay, Jamaica. It foretold her life journey that would be sprinkled with the same themes of bravery, courage and resilience to discovering her purpose helping others through change for personal growth.
She combines her passions for serving God, fitness, and helping others through change and transition. Ms. Sherwood maintains an active lifestyle not only as a competitive triathlete and runner, but also a (former) blue belt in Tae Kwon Do, hiker and backpacker. She enjoys reading, playing golf and the flute. She is focused on continuous personal growth and self-awareness.

She resides in the metro Atlanta, GA area.
